The Regulation and Governance Committee, made up of the Chair of the General Assemblies, acting as the Committee Chair, the remaining members of the Board, and the Representatives appointed to that end, shall constitute itself as a Permanent Board at the end of the period of Sittings, and at the end of each relevant Term of office. It is responsible for deciding on matters pertaining to the Plenary where no postponement is admissible during periods between sittings, and on any formal matters during periods between terms of office. The Permanent Board must report during the Chamber's Plenary sessions on the matters dealt with and decisions adopted.
