XII Term of Office

The governing body of the General Assemblies, it acts under the authority and management of its President, and is the collegiate representative of the institution. It is made up of a President and two Vice Presidents, elected at the beginning of each term of office.

The Board is responsible for adopting all decisions and measures required by the organisation of the activities and the internal regime and governance of the General Assemblies; ordering payments; approving and holding contracts; assessing texts and documents concerning the General Assemblies, declaring their admissibility or inadmissibility and deciding on their processing; programming the general guidelines of the Chamber; preparing the Draft Budget of the General Assemblies and managing its execution; and any other function assigned to it by the Regulations. The Board is assisted and advised by the Chief Legal Counsel of the Legal Service.
